Refund Policy for Low Responses, Undeliverables, and Resume Errors
We do not issue refunds for low responses. However, we do offer a free re-blast for customers that receive low responses.

We do not issue refunds for undeliverable emails except under extreme circumstances. For example, if a customer were blasted to 2,000 recruiters, they could receive as many as 80 undeliverable emails to remain under the 4%. (Auto-responses do not count as undeliverables.) You will be informed upon initiation of your blast why you receive undeliverables and what to do about them. Even though the recruiters are subscribed to our list, on any given day we can have returns for various reasons: systems down, full e-mail boxes, too many hops, internet router problems, etc. We strive to keep our undeliverable rate below 4%. For example, if a person's profile is blasted to 2000 recruiters, they may have as many as 80 undeliverable messages. **Undeliverable messages do NOT include 'WARNINGS' or AUTO RESPONSES.**

Customers do NOT get a carbon copy of each blast that was sent out, as this would inundate our customers with unnecessary emails. There are basically 2 types of responses that should come to customers. This includes both "valid" responses from recruiters along with the undeliverables. All "responses" go directly to your email address to ensure your privacy. This is the only solution we have found thus far that ensures our customers' privacy.

Undeliverables are a concern of our entire staff, and we constantly research ways to minimize their occurrence.

A: " You will receive individual / unique emails for each resume that is blasted from job seekers with a from address similar to this: resume#####@resumes.blastyourresume.com. The resume ?####? will be unique to each job seeker so that when you reply, your reply will be sent directly to their regular email address. You can ?whitelist? or ?safelist? ?blastyourresume.com? and ?resumes.blastyourresume.com? (both domain names) so that you never miss a resume. We reward recruiters who engage our customers by moving them to the top of the list to receive resumes from new candidates. This gives them a little bit of a jump start on that candidate before other recruiters less engaged get the resume. As stated previously, for this type of customer, we send their resume out to a limited number of recruiters each day, so be sure to open these emails and view/download the resumes to increase your engagement score.
